So, is there any way how to fix westernization? I don´t have decades of years to fix the whole game, but if I want to ever play, I need at least this fixed. Anybody knows if there is a file with westernization values or is it hardcoded? I already played V2 for 10 hours so I already played as all playable nations.

10 hours? That's very fast..Perhaps give it another 10 hours and try things again.

Hi. I have to travel a lot with my troops in iron ships from Spain to Korea and nearly 50% of the troops die in the trip. I can stop in the middle in Fernando Poo. Is there anything I can do to avoid it? (Right now I amd travelling with 250k men, so when I arrive they are only 100k). Thanks in advance

This happens because your ships go outside the supply range of your ports. Your troops suffer attrition, hence the loss. The only way to avoid it is to acquire more ports along the route.

What are good tax ratios for your nation?
Lower/Middle/Upper.

First, all your POPs need to get their life needs, and most of their every days needs. So set the tax ratio in that way (unless you need to increase MIL for any purpose, or if you want increase/decrease promote/demote in some way)
Then, if your capis are in charge of building/upgrading your factories set your upper tax ratio to let them with enough money to do it. If you have state capitalism, you'll need money more than them, so max out the taxes.

If you'll need to build a lot of high level ports and forts you'll need to save a lot of money from the beginning of the game. It's also useful to save money in order to subsidies your economy (wars, strategic needs ... ) so keep it in mind when you set your taxes.

Also don't forget the tax efficiency set the real tax rate, not only the sliders.

And the bureaaucracy of the bureaucrats. Initially it has to be 1% but in the game I am playing due to the social reforms it has to be a 2%

Lower/Middle/Upper.
You want to make sure all your pops get at least life needs, at best they should get everyday needs too. I usually tax the upper class at 25%, middle class at 25% and poor class at 40%. This gives me the maximum money while it means that the middle class pops have a lot of people in them. Meanwhile, the upper class pops have a ton of money so they invest in my projects and so its hands free. If I can afford it, I do 25%/ 25%/ 25% for "equality".

Slider. Actual is ALWAYS lower. That is why you are having rebellions, the poor aren't getting their needs since your tax rate is 100% :p.

The rebellions were when the Republicans were in charge and the slider was at 50%.

Also, most of my poor have never been getting less than their daily needs. About a 1/5th were even getting their luxury needs.

I solved all my rebellion problems by increasing the minimum wage to 'acceptable'.

I hope it won't hurt my industry too bad. I already am way behind Britain and France in my industry. :(

Most of is not enough. There are 10 people, 8 people are happy. Most of them are happy. Two are not and try to kill you. Same thing on a larger scale in Victoria II. When you have 3 million rebels, it is actually only 1 million pop.
