I have a problem with my moral, it is too low to my liking. Do you guys have suggestions to improve my moral?
Be less evil? (You say moral, but you mean morale. They're different things.)
More seriously, raise your military spending, and get the morale techs. There's not much else too it. It can take a while for organisation to build up in a unit again, so there are some techs for that, as well.
So its normal that the enemy is always sending me armies with a perfect morale (thx for the correction I had no clue that both terms were written differently

Likely they're different armies, likely from their recent mobilisation, which, as of HoD, are spawned with 100% organisation. If you look carefully, you'll notice that their organisation takes a long time to recover, as well. It's not very helpful, when your high tech armies are being beaten back by hordes of infantry, but it's fairly reasonable.

Is it worth getting A House Divided and maybe Heart of Darkness?
I have been playing straight vanilla for ages and the thought of not being able to play it again kinda scares me cause I've heard good and bad about AHD. And could anyone sum up a couple of good and bad sides about both expansions, and possibly what will be different?

AHD is a must, the middle mouse button map movement alone is worth the expansion. HoD features extensive changes to warfare and colonization. However, HoD is no must-have - order if you like the new features, otherwise it's unnecessary.
Thanks. Will AHD make the game harder? I've heard it makes industry difficult. Also, does it make it more realistic? (I guess it does though). And is there anything that I won't be able to do there that I can in vanilla? In terms of features removed or tweaked etc
Not really. You cannot play AHD exactly the same way as Victoria2, but there's no increase in general difficulty.
Declaring wars without wargoal. You're however able to justify wargoals, and to add unjustified ones later.
Sorry for doublepost here but for some reason it gets stuck when loading the game. It is on the one that says something about "texture quad 1" or something. I just bought AHD, and haven't seen this screen before.

Yeah sorry, just did. Just thought continuing talking to Shierholzer who I talked to about AHD and all. And I knew there was always activity here. Hoping for a fast answer, since I am really eager to play AHD!.
But try clearing the map cache (both in Vicky's directory and in My Documents), that's usually the answer.
Also, it may be too late, but there's nothing stopping you squirreling away a copy of vanilla before upgrading.
So yeah, really really satisfied with buying AHD. Added tons of new dimensions I love, but I have some questions regarding it.
How does migrations work now really? In vanilla I had tons of emigrations to USA, Equador, etc, and often the USA got 50+ million population. Now in my last game USA barely got above 20 I believe, and Ecuador didnt get any immigration at all. Furthermore, there were some strange migrations. People from all over the world (USA aswell) moving to France, Frankfurt am Main, and even tons of immigration to Jodphur and other indian states. Also, the democratic states of South America got nowhere near as much immigration as Dictatorship Peru, or monarchy Brazil. Why is this?
EDIT: Also, how much of an immigration bonus difference does a Democracy with all reforms done, have compared to a HM's government with all reforms done?

This seems very odd, because one consistent complaint - be it vanilla, AHD, or HOD - is that everyone emigrates to the USA even if it is a pestilential dictatorship. What's your secret?
I haven't been following V2 lately, and I cannot seem to find an answer to this. With the success of HOD (which is excellent), did Paradox announce any plans for future expansions? Or have they said that HOD would be the last? Or is it all still a mystery to we the people/pops?
Elsethread I saw "no further expansions" quoted, just now. No idea as to accuracy.
