Again from the dev diary:
According to the wiki the 'up to a point' is 13 brigades, but I don't know what their source for that information is.
Someone determined those figures experimentally.

Also, equiping all your armies with engineers is usually unnecessary. Engineers are only useful for occupying/assaulting provinces with a fort in.
I'm in a multyplayer match.
I am the USA,first power in a war against Germany,Uk,Spain and France.
I have conquered all the Idaho(my goal),freed all the Canada, win all the ground battles and lost the naval battles.
The warscore is at 50% on my side.
But they don't want to stop the war. They cannot invade me in the mainland......what happen? The just want to continue the war....
Get to 100% and they have to surrender.
How do I do?
Cannot invade Europe against Germany,Uk,France and Spain. But i have my goal, everyone of them.Got all the Nord-America and my goal were Idaho and Canada.
Does my warscore goes up if they don't re-take Canada and Idaho?
I remembere that during a war against Dai Nam,i didn't fullfill my goal and the warscore just goes up and up for the asian country....
Eventually the warscore will slowly start to raise.
Okay,thanks man.
So,i just have to sit there, watch the mother$%&&rs wait (cause they cannot do nothing) and then i'll get the 100%.
Yeah, that should be the case. They might peaceout earlier, though?
They are human,not IA.
Stubborn like cows,i guess.
eventually they will get board.
Not really. ((GW probably causes your enemies stubbornness, in that setup, it should be cheaper to stay at war forever for than loosing the war.))I didn't mention it's a great war thought.Changes something?
I'm France. #2 and winning the race for Africa; it's the late 1870s. How do I know GB off it's #1 spot?

*scratches head* Wait, how are those events a problem?
Take 10 40lb sacks of manure, turn them into the soil with a pitchfork and plant melons and cucumbers and squash; making little mouse-clicks will seem much less a chore. They make it an enormous chore to simply run the game.
