I did, he promptly died afterwards xdAnyone get psionic specialty for one of their scientists with a materialistic ethic yet?
Another quick suggestion: allow Science Ships to "re-survey" systems, or even deep space searching for anomalies. After "bordering-out" and surveying all systems in my own space, there doesn't seem much to do with Science Ships barring some special events.
I'm getting a -10% energy empire wide for "inefficient planet management". Any idea what for?
Too many core planets. Create a sector.

Upgrading transports appears to be bugged at the moment. As a work-around you can enable auto-generate designs in the ship designer, then upgrade your transports (and potentially disable auto-generate again). Your existing ship designs remain intact. So I'm playing a game in a 4 Spiral galaxy and I'm about 400 years in and while most of my ships can easily warp from the middle of my spiral to the middle of another spiral, my embarked armies cant even jump from the edge of my spiral to the edge of any other. Is warp FTL just never allowed to invade other spirals? Are there other army specific upgrades I'm missing or something? I'm trying to fight some scourge people right next to my empire in another arm and my navy is ruining them, but with absolutely no ground forces all i do is bomb the planets to 0 then leave them to regen.
Ahh, turning the auto-design on didn't let me change the transports at all in the ship designer still, but it allowed me to select my army fleet and have it go upgrade which is just as good! Thanks a bunch for that fix! I can finally go do things again.Upgrading transports appears to be bugged at the moment. Just to find out I can't land on un-inhabitable planets lol, guess I'll just go about ignoring these scourge kidsUpgrading transports appears to be bugged at the moment.
