Where can I see what my 'War Exaustion' value/rate is?

Playing as England I was on a role by 1705 having Annexed Ireland, Scotland and Half of Morrocco only to realised I now have like 25% revolt settings in many of my home provinces...

Here's a (prabably) stupid question! Why do provinces change color from time to time? From the "normal" green to a brighter shade of green etc.

Because of the snow in winter.

Under the military tab (the little helmet one where you see what types of troops you have)

But wouldn't all provinces change color then? I only saw 1 province change, then I thought of this thread

If you select a province it lights up. Just a shot in the dark here, but that shows when you zoom out.

It's a diplomatic option with the trade league leader, I think.

Lower your imperial influence (hurt your relations with the daimyos, or lose prestige). IIRC you can attack them with influence below 75.

From my experience it is. Its a bit of a balancing act but don't worry about your infamy just be conscious of when you unify to have a large navy incase of BB wars.

No.

The localisation file(s). Try asking in the user mod subforum for more help.

Is there a way to cancel or revoke the Licensing of the Press Act? I don't know why I chose it, but the -3 infamy hit is killing me.

No you can not rewind that decision in-game. But you can edit it out of the save game.
Im not 100% if this works, but it should AFAIK.

Go to your latest save game, open it with notepad and search for the following. (make sure it's your nation! So first search for 'human' and then something like 'press' and you will find it)

Just delete the piece of code with the date.

Edit: of course, first make a back-up before you try it.

high relations, high prestige, high diplomatic skill and low infamy. Maybe, is proberly the best you will get, then spam the demand button.

I've gotten a Very Likely with Diplo Annex and it creates a special Crown Icon up at the top of the screen when this happens. What caused this was the country I was trying to annex had very low Stability - perhaps even -3 - so perhaps use spies to reduce their Stability.

This is just a complete guess, but have you tried making peace with the emperor of Japan?
