Quick Question

I'm a HOI2 vet, but when it comes to editing I'm a total noob.

I want to edit my savegame so that I'm the leader of the alliance (it's a KR game, and I'm Austria. My partners are Italian Fed, Carlist Spain, Portugal and Ireland.).

Do I just go to the line that lists the alliance members and move AUS to the top of the list?
