Just a quick question, is it a bug that my custom idea description is not displayed in-game at my custom nation or am I doing something wrong? Already thank you for those answering!

Seems like a bug. I remember making custom descriptions in 1.28 and it showing in-game when playing.
Yeah has been reported several times already.
