Quick question... Does the AI take advantage of production licenses?

The title says it all. Over 1500 hours in game and I strangely pay little attention to what the AI is doing?

The AI does produce licensed equipment when it has a license. When it does not use them, it cancels licenses that cost CIC. It does not request licenses of its own accord.

So in effect they will only use licenses in the handful of scripted circumstances in DoD or if you set up the license for them.
