At this point a 27 Year old King of Spain, just got what appears to be a Female Heir(first name "Ana"), Im HRE head and just waiting to burn off the enforce Unity before revoking. Ive passed up to and including Proclaim Erbkaisertum(no elections), Will i lose the Emperorship if/when my heir comes up? I dont know if the event fired for austria to remove the block on females

If you have passed Erbkaisertum, nothing can stop you remaining Emperor unless you are first forced to revoke the reform. Female ruler when not Austria, republican government, change of religion (within Christianity at the very least), it's all good.
