Another question. How do I actually request to build baronies, or investigate a Provence? I know I can request recruits. But I'm not too sure how to do the other things.

Edit: Ok I think I can only do the investigations and execution stuff towards people in my OWN territory.

Both of those decisions are settlement decisions, you need to right-click on the main holding of the province you want to investigate or request a barony from. Of course, you can only request baronies from counties which have still empty holdings.

Awesome. Ok yet another question. Well it's not really a question. More of a...uh....observation :D

Vampire Grand Masters? I just tested it. I think it breaks the entire Witch hunter system. Makes sense of course but thought I would mention it. Cause it is quite funny. I tried it and I think it breaks their mechanics and features they can use and do.

Hey so another question. About the new Witch hunter Feature (Pretty cool, Feudal Space marines are always cool). I understand that you can somewhat influence who get's elected in to become the Grandmaster. I was curious whether the Grandmaster could get seduced and well have Illegitimate children! (I actually don't know from a lore perspective whether Witch hunters can even have children cause Space marines for sure Can't). I know he can't select the seduction focus but yeah...

Witch Hunters are just normal, overly zealous, humans. Think closer to Sisters of Battle than SPESS MAHREENZ. Or better yet, the Inquisition.

I'd say that they're not even close to the Adeptus Sororitas. Ordo Hereticus is literally known as the Witch Hunters, so I feel it is intended to be essentially the same thing.

Ummm, the Sisters of Battle are the military arm of the Ordo Hereticus. Death Watch::Ordo Xenos, Grey Knights::Ordo Malleus, Adepta Sororitas::Ordo Hereticus.

Playing as Witch Hunters are pretty cool. I do very much like the non dynasty flair you guys have given to them. Though I'm curious what else you guys have planned for them? (As in during peace time or something. They arn't expansionist at all due to their nature and....yeah).

For now they stay as they are, as for peace time, you already can ask for baronies and ask to investigate provinces.

So, I became the everchosen and after a while, an event triggered that made all the norse and all the ungol culture rulers (except Kislev) turn into my vassal, but none of the nomads in the chaos wastes. I think that is a bit weird, imo, as I was expecting, and looking forward to, uniting the Chaos wastes and conquering norsca/ungolia myself. Now I have to debase myself to vassal management, is this what the Gods had in store for me? Oh ye cruel, cruel Gods!

The Everchosen is an old event chain, pre-Horse Lords. Now, Nomads cannot be vassals, therefore the Chaos Wastes remain independent.

Can someone explain to me how exactly ork county management works? Giving out titles is easy but it gets to a point where orks randomly start taking titles from newly appointed counts so then there's the issue of major border gore? Is there anyway to counteract this or hand out multiple titles or something? It doesn't help that duchies and kingdoms cant be handed out.

It basically gives the province to a random able Greenskin in your court. Due to scoping problems, we can't give the player the choice of which Greenskin give the title to. So it's either that way, or not giving titles away at all.

An option to hand out higher titles than count might be added in the future, but, if you play a Greenskin realm, don't expect to engage in orderly realm-building.

Ah fair enough then. I've basically resorted to doing it via the console but I'm fine with that. Are there any plans for making goblins and orks friendlier in future because atm goblins seem to be priority number one for been killed off when under ork rule

That's because Orcs get a decision to challenge Goblin rulers in their same realm. There's an AI modifier in place so that they're not as probable to use it, but they still do quite frequently.

The reason for this is that, in the lore, as a general rule, Orcs won't allow for Goblins to rule over them ( Or rule anything at all ) if the 2 races coexist in the same tribe. In a tribe composed members of both races, the Goblins are treated mostly as slaves, and food occasionally. The only known exception to this rule is Grom the Paunch, and only because he became abnormally large after eating raw Troll flesh, so much that he was probably mistaken for an Orc.

The two races don't like each other any more than they like the other non-Greenskin races, but they're genetically "preprogrammed" to work together.
