Hey there, playing as Count Dintomaz of Styratia, a Necrarch Vampire and I don't appear to be able to expand my territory at all. Is there a special way to do so?
Necrarchs don't really do expansion.

Fabricate a claim? I'm not sure, but I think you should also have a crusade CB.Hey there, playing as Count Dintomaz of Styratia, a Necrarch Vampire and I don't appear to be able to expand my territory at all. Is there a special way to do so?
Necrarchs do not have any CBs that allow them to capture territory.

Are there any plans to add "burn your mutant offspring" for humans? I was surprised to find that when I wished to murder my daughter-with-a-thousand-eyes the counts cried "Tyranny!". I can't recall the exact quote but I seem to remember mutant babies being bludgeoned to death. At least in Kislev.
Is there any spefic reason Ekrund is controlled by dwarves at the starting date? Quick fluff search said it fell to greenskins in -1498 IC (it also seems that in Warhammer Online alternative timeline it was 'recently resettled' by the events of the game, but that's still ~several centuries into the future from 2010 IC ).
Also, curious, is there any fluff anywhere about Stygia?

I don't think there's anything special, but odds are very high they'll join a standard faction revolt. Is there anything special coded in to happen if the Witch Hunters are vassalized by an Emperor or Empress who later reveals themselves to be a Chaos worshiper if the head of their order isn't also a Chaos worshiper? it seems like they would declare all out war on their heretical leader, getting as many vassals as they can to rise up and join them in a crusade to end the heretic's life.
I found king level vassals to not do enough. They allow raiders to loot quite a lot from unprotected province income. They can deal with peasants eventually. Zealots spawn extra stacks which start taking provinces unless I rescue them. Regenerating hosts get a free run most of the vassal lands. It's kind of a pain to manage large tracts of the Empire, yeah. Fortunately, your vassals can proactively go after raiders and revolts on their land; you can usually count on king-level vassals to handle things in their own territory. Also, you've got a pretty substantial income base and can probably turn a profit while keeping your personal levies and state troops raised if need be. You can also assemble a pile of knightly order retinues to go smash things.
