In a rare event chain, one of your vices can be indulged in a...let's say quite excessive way. That, of course, requires you to have some "negative" or immoral trait, like deceitful or wroth.

That happened in my araby game when the Phoenix king was burned and turned Cytharai and managed to convert almost everyone to his new religion(he even revoked the everqueen title). I believe only female elfs can become Cult of Pleasure, at least, i only saw females.

As one of the guys who extensively tested that mechanic, nope. :D The Cult of pleasure is separate from Cytharai and Atharti religions. It is also not at all reliant on the gender, and for a while, it is even not noticeable for anyone.

Is anything planned as far as performance goes?
I love this game, but in the current state I'll need to hold off until I buy a new PC (or go though the hassle of getting an SSD and reformatting my system).

We do everything we can to give the best performance possible without sacrificing our vision. If the mod is too slow for you on your hardware, you're better off waiting for better hardware.

I don't think they can do too much as they don't have access to the game engine, only Paradox can do that, and doubt they will, but they really should. The game only uses one processor core.

Oh well, I might still play every now and then even if a single character takes forever.

Are there any alternatives to In Heaves Cartographic mod if you want a flat map for the performance boost? The other mods didn't seem to do much.

Is it possible to gain acsess to a magic lore (like for example fire) through the "Study magic" decision, turn into a vampire, gain the lore of death and lose the "Hedge Wizard" trait?

I only said it because Ulthuan was a fucked up place, all broken up. And even had some of druchi land as vassals(almost all). There wasn't even a everqueen landed as she had her titles ursup because(probably) she converted to cult of pleasure. :p It was funny, and sad. It was a weird save.

Need to have the right buildings for the decision to pop up, or at least, was that way before.

So I cheated and built a Stone Hillfort in my capitol (Isle of Gaman) as Queen Valka the Serpent and I have Castle Infrastructure I. Still no feudalize decision popping up in intrigue. Are Norsicans not allowed to feudalize anymore?

So Chaos religions can't feudalize anymore?

Don't think so, nope. They aren't big on the "building up proper civilization"-thing.

Anyone?
Most flat map mods don't actually make the world flat with this mod. Also the ones that replace water with a plain texture don't seem to work either.

What do you use?

I use a personal, slightly modified version of Heavens that was adapted to our mod's map by one of our guys to get rid of the Europe in the background.
It has some minor effect and allows me to, y'know, actually play our mod with more than speed 2 at start.
No clue if it'd be fair to hand that out though. Not our mod, after all.

I don't really understand where "fairness" comes into this all. I mean I can download the mod as it is, it's just that the Europe in the backgroud really bothers me.
If you'd simply share what line of code I need to change I'd really appreciate it.

Why it wasn't made as a official sub-mod so everyone can download it, and play your mod much better?o_O

Cause I have exactly zero idea of how to do this, it was done by a good mate,I have no particular idea of what was changed anymore and I have no particular idea either if there is anything the individual(s) that made Heaven's are against usage in such a manner. So no release for y'all, at the very least yet.

But you can be a Feudal ruler that was corrupt by chaos. I don't get it.

Of course you can be. That's no big issue. But there you use something that's already there in the first place, instead of educating a whole tribe in the matter of "how to be a nice and proper civilization."
