Quick question about supply ?

I want to take Tuapse in the Caucauas by amphibious landing. If I land there will my convoys have to go from Northern Europe through Gibraltar till the Caucaus or can they go through allied Bulgarian ports ?

Unless you directly hold a port somewhere on the Black Sea (say, Sevastopol), it would be impossible. Convoys can't go through blocked straits (the Bosphorus, for example).

Be careful. The SU might (probably will?) DoW you when you DoW Turkey. Next game if you want to do that, DoW and annex Bulgaria as that blocks your path in that area.
