Sorry to bother you but I can't find the answer. When and why did they rename the duchy of Valois to the duchy of Paris (title that never existed)?

Can't find an explanation for this weird decision.

Probably with the map update after Holy Fury - they added some new provinces and titles with weird names and bad GFX.
