I just started getting back into EU4 and I got myself into a hell of a mess declaring a no-CB war on someone outside coring range.

Was there any possible way I could have got a CB to get across and force vassalize these guys?

i have a similar question concerning Sunda. I have played them quite a bit and i wanted to see what strategies others were employing when I decided to read the wiki. According to the wiki, the best strategy for Sunda is to build a navy and immediately Invade 'Sulawei and Luwu.' my problem here is I can't find Sulawei on the map, there doesn't seem to be any way to get a CB on anyone but Majaphit because of distance. Is the wiki simply really outdated or am I missing something?

I'm pretty sure Sulawei is an area, not a Tag. it contains Makkasar, Lulu, Buton, and uncolonized land.
