Quick Question About Alien Races

I wan't to run fanatic xenophobic and fanatic militarist race.

my question is when i conquer other planet's can i destroy the alien race on that planet ?

my think is, can i colonize the galaxy with only my blorg for example.

Well first off you can't do that, only 3 regular ethos or 1 fanatic and 1 regular.

You can purge pops, and if you're fanatic xenophobic your own citizens shouldn't mind much, but your neighbours are not going to like it at all. If I remember correctly they've also stated that purging is quite expensive and takes awhile, but I could be wrong on that.

True but, i won't do this until mid to late game, no worries i will get it done sooner or later just it's my first quest to do it. i will come up with other one later...

True. But yeah, going back to my earlier point you can't choose two fanatic ethoses, and if you really want to get your genocide on later in the game, I'd go with Fanatic Xenophobe and regular militarist.

yea didn't knew that, but i Asiak posted race builder here, and tried to play with it, done some good build for my 9th play.

fanatic xenophobe, with militarist.

also traits goes with this
Intelligent
Decadent
Repugnant
Enduring

and gov will go with despotic empire.

i don't think i will be able to do this with ironman ON but i will give a try

The "purging is quite expensive" is particularly important part. AFAIK, we haven't actually been shown what it costs but if it has influence cost similar to forced resettlement it would be functionally impossible to purge populous alien species. Only something you'd do in the start when there isn't that much growth yet or after you have won the game and stick around for sake of doing it.
