Hi, my production line for Type 2 Rifles shows a constant "206 Reinforcement Needed" even though my production is 15 a day, AND I have 400 in storage. Why aren't the Rifles going out to fill the Reinforcement request? All my divisions are set to use the Type 2 Rifle.

Because it takes some time for equipment to reach your divisions? There should be a rundown of in in Reinforcements tooltip, in Recruit & Deploy menu.
