I'll make this short and sweet:
How come in diplo tech the variable "range" is related to colonial range, IE how far away you can colonize from your nearest core, but when you type "range = XX" in a static/event modifier, it modifies the colonial range by XX *100%? I was hoping to add a slight colonial range bonus to a country. But I wanted it to be a flat range (like 20 range) but it turns it into a percent (IE what I think is 20 range turns into 2000% added range).
Any suggestions?
