Quick items won't show in the quick-item slot for certain characters. Noticed this issue with Barik and Lantry so far.

Both the player and Verse start with their quick items located on their action bar, however there is an icon in the UI to access all of the quick items. Please see the screenshot:
If this is not the issue, could you please upload a save file that I could use to investigate the issue further?
You can usually find the save files at:
C:\Users\<Your User Name>\Saved Games\Tyranny
