Obviously soviet rework (we riot if not but also great troll on the devs part) and I also think Finland will get a tree and poland will get a rework but a small part of me hopes Mongolia get its own tree.

I don't think so. With La Resistance being what it was with the three countries, its probably just the Soviets, Finland and if they are smart, a Poland rework.

No. It's been codenamed Barbarossa. That is not necessarily, and almost certainly not, its name.
Ooh ooh, I know the answer to this one.
Battle for the Bosporus was codenamed Collie, after the British Pacific operation against the Japanese. It had nothing to do with either the British or the Japanese or the Pacific.
La Resistance was codenamed Husky, after the Allied Mediterranean operation against the Italians. It had only tangential relation to the Allies or Italy, and if it were the promised Italy rework, then that would make me very mad.
The new launcher was codenamed Fork, after the British invasion of Iceland. Literally nothing to do with it.
The 64-bit upgrade was codenamed Hydra, after the British air operation against the German V weapons program. Literally nothing to do with it.

USSR and Poland rework, new Finnish focus tree, and some small updates for Romania.
Also, I really hope that manodezombi will be the one to create the Finnish focus tree because I love what he's done with Bulgaria and Finland is a country I am really looking forward to.

You're confusing patches with DLC. The patches (Collie, Husky, etc.) we've been given names beforehand that remain the same. DLC names are indeed reserved for the announcement.
It's similar to the Austria update for EU4 being distinct from Emperor and LeGuin for Stellaris being distinct from Megacorp. One is free for all users, the other paid content
EDIT: A tad confused about the disagrees. Paradox has had a policy of free updates alongside DLC for years. Would anyone care to explain what they're disagreeing with?

Normally it contains 4 focus trees or 2 and one very big one. Given that the Soviet tree will be quite large, probably as large or even larger than the Spanish one, that would mean two more. But they have quite some time so I think a complete Scandinavia is possible. With Soviet rework alongside.
Major trees: Ulm, Liechtenstein, Jan Mayen, Andorra, and Monaco.
Minors: the Soviet union gets a choice of five different Romanov restorations.
