Quick Burgundy Event Question

I'm trying to find the event for Burgundy when they receive the crown of Lothair. I had the request event come up, but Austria declined. I reloaded to try again but it didn't fire, so I'd like to just trigger the event myself. Does anyone know the event number or where to find it?

In the EU2 file : AGCEEP/events and go to Burgundy's file. The event is named "ascension" IIRC.
