Could I get some suggestions on getting the Big Blue Blob achievement done quick I would just like to know because I have played France a lot but have not attempted to get it yet. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated, Thank you!

you can take meath (britain's ireland province) without having a fort in mainland britain. This is a great jumping off point for conquering ireland/scotland/mainland britain.
Muscovy/Novgorod/golden horde are in Europe. Attack the faroes, take most of norway, jump to russia (low dev, not as many countries to coalition you).
try to avoid getting coaltioned by the entire HRE at once.
