I want to play in the Abyss scenario with a friend, with me as the Confederacy and him as the Libertadores. We're planning on taking a mandatory 3 or 4 year buildup and research period and then invade the hell out of each other. There's only one thing I'm concerned with after having fooled around with the scenario.

There doesn't seem to be enough resources to go around to operate the economies of either of our nations at full capacity, much less after IC technologies and so on are researched. This seems to be the situation for every one of the game's factions, actually, which means trade for anything other than oil, money or supplies is totally impossible.

So I'm trying to figure out a quick way we can temporarily mod the game on both our ends so our nations will produce more than enough resources to operate our economies, even with some room for expansion. What's the easiest, simplest way to do this? Is there some global modifier to the 2 Energy/1 Metal/0.5 Rares to each IC that I could just ratchet down? Is there some other really simple way to make each of our nations produce, say, ~20% extra surplus of the three industrial input resources as are needed at baseline 1936 levels?

Why dont you just mod in the starting resources for each nation to be more than one would need, like a deathmatch.

Try out AEIOU, I changed some parts of the Game so you "can" have enough Resources...
