Is the event spanwed heresy rate also reduced? Becasue it's something that could have been overlooked, and i see a lot more heresy since Reaper's Due, with even a Karaite Khazaria. Could always be good ol' confirmation bias, but it sure feels like Heresy o'Clock in my games since the DLC came out
