A few questions:

1. How stable is the converter?

2. Can the converter do everything for you? If not, does it at least do the hard stuff?

3. Regarding time, can a 1100s CK2 game be converted? And how about a 1453 CK2 save into a 1399 EU3 start?

4. How is the rest of the world (Asia, Americas) depicted, since CK2 only includes part of the world?

There are actually two of them and for detailed responses on what they do, you should post on either Idhrendur or Raziot's thread. When I last tried the community project, it wasn't playable yet (everybody had no government and 0 tech), but there's been quite a bit of work since--the plan is definitely to convert pretty much everything, even details like epidemics.

For Raziot's I've already used an earlier version and can say that
1. Stability wasn't a problem and I played all the way to 1821 and converted it to Vicky
2. Raziot's already converts your countries, retains vassal relationships for countries that it includes, alliances, cultures, religions, government types, tech. Country tags can be odd but it did a reasonable job. I'm not quite sure how he changes the pops, sliders and things but I think there's some adjustment of those based on stuff from the CK2 save. Ruler/dynasty names came through but I don't think (at least then) that heirs did, and I'm not sure that it will be possible to get EU3 to recognize that the Duke of Orleans should inherit the king of France, for example. But I was able to play the game without doing any editing of the save.
3. I think other times can be converted but there might be some weirdness with technology
4. The rest of the world is left unchanged
