Questions from a prospective Tyrant

I am strongly considering purchasing this game, but wondered if anyone could answer the following:
1) Why does the world map on the Tyranny website (Tyranny World Map) have lots of locations marked as "not available yet"? - does it just mean they are not available/known at the beginning of the game, or they have not actually been added to the game yet?

2) In steam the Commander edition does not seem to contain the sound track, but if you buy the physical CD from Amazon it does - is this correct? and if so why the inconsistency?

3) Does the Archon edition contain any other wallpapers other than what is posted here?
and any additional artwork other than what is in the megathead (here)?

The map looks a little odd to me. The locations that do work though, are the ones you can visit - the entire areas as bordered by mountains/walls. I wouldn't worry much about the "not available" ones. I'm not sure all those are accessible in-game - maybe across all paths - but Stalwart is completely devoid of them, whereas it should have like six or so.

There's no case of "you can't go here yet because we haven't built this location".

2. Commander Edition on Steam includes neither the soundtrack nor the artbook. I guess, because the one on Steam is digital, while Amazon provides physical one with the CD and printed artbook;

3. Yes, there's one more wallpaper with devs' signatures.
Archon Edition (Steam) includes only Short Story Collection (7 available on the official site, 3 exclusive), the artbook comes with the Overlord Edition (Steam)/Commander Edition (Amazon)/Archon Edition (Amazon) and there are much more artworks with commentaries.

Also upgrade to higher Edition is unavailable at the moment.
Side note, in-game lore and book lore contradict each other at some points.
