Hey

Have a couple of questions after a ottoman game... Noticed after a couple of events that the hungariens suddenly had changed tag, how come? Astrakhan was released as a vasal to the Golden Horde, and then cancelled its vasalation sometime after (a lot of nations do that, anybody knows what triggers all these cancellelations? I then had a royal marriage with Astrakhan (they were sunni), we were in an alliance led by crimea and had 190+ relationsship. However the the ability to offer vasalage was still greyed out.. Is that because I wasnt the leader of the alliance? Astrakhan became shortly after a vasal of Crimea. :(
Anyways had a very good game, and it was really nice to for once be able to expand historically as the ottomans.:)

By the way, is it possible vassalize a state, that already have another vassals? What consequenses will be then? (if it is possible)

Not sure about the consequences (for example what exactly happens with the vassal's vassal if you annexx your vassal :D), but IIRC you can vassalize a country that has another one as vassal.

Does England finally change into Great Britain like in EUIII? I was sorely disappointed in EU2 when Castile could become Spain and Moscovy Russia, but England just stayed England but got the Union Jack.

The vassalization breaking is normal: certain nations are released via events at certain times (btw, by the sound of what you're saying it seems you're playing AGCEEP, am I correct?), e.g. Golden Horde's collapse is simulated this way in AGCEEP.

What do you mean by "tag" in "Hungary changed its tag"? If you mean their flag - again, it's event driven.

About Astrakhan - were they not someone else's vassal at the time?
