I am taking notes for when I (hopefully) get to play this game with an improved AI with the upcoming DLC. In reviewing the cabinet choices, I am torn between Rundsted who increases organization and Halder who increases attack. If I recall correctly, there are two different ministers who increase attack 10 percent. My question is if one can double dip, take one for chief of staff of the army then as again as one of three. I imagine a 20 percent (or 21 percent if the second 10 percent also includeds the first ten percent) spike in attack values would be the clear choice, but I can see value in having both 10 percent attack bonu and 10 percent higher organization bonus.
I don't see much value in the speed minister because that is what panzers and motorized are for. And Guderian gives you a good 10 perecnt on armored anyway.
