They're there to test how the Dragons work as characters and interact with other characters, more or less.

ok good, I thought that I had just missed something. So in what ways can they be expected to function? will there be any link to dragon worshiping religions?

In a few other questions,
will there be anything done to the post-orgnum religion?
does the dragon-summoning function of dragon cults still... function?
what are the two options for reforming the imperial commune? because I dont want to press that button until I need to.

I have an additional question, has the legion formation option been disabled for the SVN? I noticed that the regional signifiers for legions aren't present. I also haven't been able to make the submenu appear in spite of meeting the criteria (Emperor, all regions in Anvil at Prosperity 3, having the legion laws enacted, etc.) Additionally, the legion specific events don't fire when I put them into the console.

The legion system as it used to exist was disabled quite some time ago. Standing armies have taken their place and can be formed similarly to dynamic merc companies when the full standing armies law is in effect.

Are there any plans to reincorporate de jure assimilation on titular titles in this mod? Being able to change the map and create new unique kingdoms is probably my favorite thing to do in CK2, yet it's not really as satisfying knowing my Kingdom will never be legitimate in the game's eyes. I also find it a bit annoying that even if I unite the Reach and stay independent for hundreds of years, my realm will always have to deal with Skyrim having a de jure claims on my land. I tired modding the mod to get it back in, but even then I got stuck with the really long 300 year assimilation time. So before I double down and see if I can figure out how to unmod this myself, I figured I just ask if this was ever going to come back.

I did just want to add that this is my favorite CK2 mod by far, and probably my favorite mod in general, or at least the one I've put the most time into, so a big thank you to the people who made this mod.

Titular title assimilation was removed due to there existing a certain dependence in the scripts on the "historical" de jure structuring of Nirn. While geographic regions have been most helpful in reducing the dependence and certain other new modding features may prove helpful in eventually eliminating it, for the time being, there are no concrete plans for enabling titular de jure drift.

So no de jure Kingdom of the Reach? The Forsworn are coming!

I'm completely lost with the magic system. My elven ruler has a spell book but no magika underneath traits or any available to cast spells with. I have been playing him for about 10 years now. Is there a dlc or learning trait required to get magika? a building? Do you need one of the DLC to use the magic system?

What education do you have? You need either a base learning education or a specialisation education that is magic focused to cast spells.

Many spells are cast through targeted decisions (the ones you see after right-clicking on characters) rather than through the decisions menu.

I was wondering how do you change inheritance laws after creating the kingdom Skyrim? No one wants to vote for my candidate and it's a tad annoying having spent that much time unifying Skyrim only to have it be given to away to another candidate by election.
