In that case I deeply apologize for earlier ruckus. Another question that sprung to me was the levy numbers - Did the new crown laws change the amount of levies that are handed over by the vassals? I know that my vassals can raise 400-500 troops per county, but they only contribute 30 or less, even with great relations.

Depending on when you last played, that is likely the result of vanilla patch 2.0.1, when SoA was released.

Decided to post my question here instead of making a thread. Also not entirely sure if this has been asked.

I have noticed all these Bloodline traits and did read up on the preview which ultimately leads to my question. There was a mention of that there would be the possibility of creating bloodline traits and that instructions would be provided on how to create these unique traits. So how does one go about creating any new bloodline trait? If there are instructions post somewhere, where can I find them?

I just think it would be cool to have a bloodline trait for those who are descended from the first ruler of my Aldmeri Dominion file :D

Well, as far as the 2 men being married thing goes, that's not something that would ever be implemented? Maybe Dovahkiin lives by different rules than the rest of the world in Skyrim, but would that not be a canon compatible option? At least for Nords is the impression that I got.

The ability to send marriage requests isn't something we can really mod, it would require a system in and of itself. It's something I might code at some point but it's fairly low priority.

Yeah, the best I ever had was 8th emblem. So far the only thing that seemingly affected it was the overall stat levels of the character, with the genius Jarl of mine getting to the said 8th emblem. I was just curious if there are any specific percentages that are there to estimate likelihood of getting to the top.

Stats don't affect anything. The order of likelihood of succeeding is something like 90-80-70-60-50-50-50, you get to the top, with either the temple being closed, them being open, or them being open and you being taught a thu'um. So around a 2% chance of ever getting a thu'um, and save/loading after each event breaks the chain.

Do you need to have the Sword of Islam mod to get multiple wives as an Orc?

Along the same lines, are there any other subtle differences that having the various expansions opens up?

Why does Orgnum have his starting duke as a lover? Is it some bit of lore/an injoke I missed, or... what?

The Vigil of Stendarr was created, and playing as Anvil, they somehow became my vassal. I'm not exactly sure, nor do I remember getting an event (I probably clicked through it too fast or something). As my vassal, and going into the Holy Orders tab, I had realized that I couldn't raise them. So I decided to grant them independence, and I still could not raise them. Does anyone know what this would be? They aren't particularly strong, but I am interested all the same.

Also, I was wondering if there was any sort of Mongol invasion equivalent for Elder Kings? I couldn't help but notice the Daedric culture group in the Ruler Designer, and am holding my breath for a Oblivion Crisis.

Why -not- have the duke as a lover?
It's not in the lore and it's not a joke.

If he will have his duke as a lover in newer releases, shouldn't he have the homosexual trait then?

is it a measure to prevent him having bastards that the AI might choose to legitimise? That was my assumption, that by establishing him with a male lover that'll probably live out most games being in a quiet corner and an elf, then he's safeguarded against the getting a female lover pregnant events.

Sure we'll go with that answer rather than my Achilles and Petroclus one.
