You guys probably hate to answer the same question over and over, but, is the SVN compatible with the current version? I only ask because it did seem to 'work' for me with the current version (though every time, 20 days after every game start, a bunch of blank random event boxes and message boxes inevitably appear with no way to delete them and continue the game). It's not exactly 'playable' with the current version, but if it were 'incompatible' I'd expect it to crash on launch or something, so this confused me. It's just a question of terminology, I know, but I figured I should ask anyways.

Also, just out of curiosity I'd like to ask, what exactly might cause such a bug?

Nope, there is not. Many provinces consist of a single built holding and a few empty holding slots.

O no, I meant in vanilla you cant just fill a province with cities or castles, or temples, you have to have 1 of each (or in a 1 or 2 holding province, a combo of whichever you want), then you can fill it with what you want. Is that not the case?

Why is that the case?

Two big reasons:
(A) We're still in the Second Era, and since teching up happens pretty linearly, most counties are going to be pretty bare-bones early on.
(B) Many of the counties don't have a whole lot going on within them at any point in the ES games.

Oh that? Not as far as I know. It helps different cultures get vastly different holding outcomes for their counties.

Got a quick question; I'm playing as an Altmer Direnni, having founded the Kingdom of Ada-Mantia through decision. My character has the War focus, is both ambitious and wroth, and has the Warlord ambition. However, I have no Warlord CB on anybody, and I am unable to get a Warlord CB on anybody. If I try to declare war on someone through some other CB, such as to make them a tributary, to claim a province, or to perform an inquisition, I don't fulfill the Warlord ambition.

I'm running Elder Kings 0.16 on CK 2 2.4.5, can anyone help me out with this?

You can only use it on someone from the same culture group. For Altmer, that'd be Aldmeris IIRC. Altmer, Bosmer, Ayleid.

If you don't mind "cheating" and fiddling with some simple code, go to ./ElderKings/common/cb_types and open esm_cbs.txt. Look for the "warlord_conquest" CB and put a # before the following line (culture_group = FROM), under "can_use". This will remove the culture requirement and you can just pop back to the original file removing the # symbol.

The Warlord CB is very, very powerful this way, but with the culture requirement is only really useful if you want to unify a High Kingdom or if you're a Nedic Eight Divines, in which case you'll be able to conquer most of Skyrim, High Rock and Cyrodiil and, after that, to create Tamriel, giving you access to the Imperial Conquest CB, which will enable you to conquer the rest. That's not really fair to other races/religions, so that's why I usally remove the culture group requirement. But it's up to you ; )

Is it possible the culture convert the Imperial Isle? Or is there some special way to do it? Only asking because I have been waiting forever for my Chancellor to convert it. Chancellor is my religion/culture.

Which culture? If I recall, the culture conversion event doesn't work if you're part of the same culture group as the target province. So no settling Imperial provinces with Bretons, etc.

Are you going to implement vanilla Conclave crown and demesne laws or is it going to be a complete rework? My main concern is about the King's Peace. Although I really like conclave, even with its flaws, I was really disappointed when I noticed you actually lose the ability to enforce realm peace when you're playing the absolute king (it's rather counterintuitive, IMHO) and you completely lose the ability to enforce total peace (i.e. your vassals waging wars outside your realm), which for some roleplaying experiences is rather annoying. Is there any specific plan for these issues?

Is it a bug or is seduction only meant to be used on daedra? I was playing as a dynasty of Molag Bal worshipping bretons and whenever I tried to seduce someone it didn't let me because they weren't daedra. Is it some weird fetish that cultists get or something?

Were they not Daedra worshippers themselves? One can only seduce within one's religious group, which would be Daedric for you. That might be what you're seeing.
