When buyng a reliquary, the Galatron seems to have a 1/200 chance.
As there are only 6 reliquaries that the player can buy, that would mean a 3% chance for a complete game.
First question:
Do AI-controlled empires also purchase reliquaries?
Second question:
If so, are there 6 Reliquaries in total OR can every empire buy up to 6 Reliquaries?
If the AI empires also purchase reliquaries and if every empire can buy up to 6 reliquaries, the chances that someone wins the Galatron would increase drastically.
As the Galatron can be stolen in a war, the Galatron achievement would be much easier (if AI empires are also buying reliquaries).
