Is it possible to annex a march? At all, perhaps some time in the future? I'm playing ironman game, it's 1490 and Poland still keeps Moldavia.

Also it seems like marches will fabricate claims, right? And I can use that as CB? Moldavia has claims on every bordering province (except for Lithuania & Poland, of course).

Is it actually safe to enlarge marches (by giving them desired provinces), implying that they have got quite militaristic buffs? Or it's more like rhetorical question?

Pardon my ignorance, dear community, but I haven't been able to figure it out myself, it's not explained in changelog nor on wiki.

March cannot be diploannexed, you can retract March status and annex them militarily or forcevassalize.

I think every subject nation can fabricate claims and claims and cores of every subject nation can be used as a CB. When using it remember about transferring the occupation to the subject ;)

IIRC there is a limit of 60 BT for Marches. Other than that there shouldn't be any problem, provided that you don't provoke them to revolt against you and declare independence.

Thanks, now it's clear. Though I don't understand how game limits marches' base tax value? They will refuse to get more provinces or what?

You can get them over 60 base tax but I've heard they just "lose" their march bonuses but are still "marches", so you have to undo that and take a stability hit if you want to annex them or leave them as a regular "vassal" without the option of annexing.
