I read that the Swastika won't be in the game, since for example in Germany its prohibited to use it. But will there then be released a patch where you can add it. Like they did in IL-2 Sturmovik because people got pissed over it being no Swastikas on the German planes. Since then you can choose if you want it or not and that would at least make me happy, since i don't care if they're Nazis or not, i want the game realistic.

Then whats stopping the German players from getting the patch themselves, thus making the game illegal? If this would not be included in the German patch then Paradox will have to pay out of their own wallet for the localization of a different German patch. So the answer is most probably No.
