I have added Werner Moelders as chief of the airforce (i changed his stats so he dies in 1960). i can select him from the list of possible canidates but the pic i put in does not appear.

my pic is in the pics folder with the other pics for leaders and ministers. it is only 43x52 so it should not be the size that is a problem..i have a larger pic for my minister heydrich which appears just like the rest. i saved the pic as a jpeg which could be the problem.

does anyone have an idea that could fix this problem. it is not crucial but its annoying.

Save it as BMP, thats important.

Leader and minister pics are 50 pixels in height and 36 in width. It must be a 24-bit bitmap to work well, although it won't "light up" when hovered over. I haven't figured that part out yet...

redid it as a bitmap and viola it works!

i had a slightly larger pic (around 60x50) for heydrich which while in game, it covered a little bit of the pics of the ministers below him in the cabinet view. they still worked, they just looked odd with the other pics since they are larger. i completely forgot that they had to be bitmaps.
