I have many pages of an AAR already finished, I am publishing it in the Spanish forum, but it has little activity, can I publish it in this forum, translated into English?

I mean, there's no rule against it. If you want activity, though, my advice is to have staggered updates - that is, to update a little at a time at a slow(isn) pace. One a day, at the very most. People need time to read stuff...
In the Spanish forum I publish every 1 or 2 weeks, I have a lot to publish so I would like people to read it to know their opinion
There should be no issue publishing a translated version here. In terms of frequency I would say if your "original" is once every 1-2 weeks I would suggest here once a week or so until it catches up. In reality too much at once is likely to prove too big a committment to readers
