[Question] Unresolved DLC issue

I already asked for help (as well as several other members) in general section , but didn't got any response.

Problem is that I pre-ordered EUIV dig.ex.edition and after I installed it, I find out that I am missing two DLCs that we are suppoused to get for free - DLC for Byzantine and for 100Year war uniforms. In the launcher I got 3 DLCs (the rest of) checked and they are working properly , but these 2 aren't even mentioned. I tried various things like checking integrity of the game, restarting steam, comp, etc, but none of these resolved this issue.

Could you provide me a link to the specific topic? I am sorry I missed the thread.

Also please go to your Steam Games Library and select Europa Universalis IV, then right click on it and go to "properties", and go to the DLC tab and let me know which dlc's are listed there.

I have the same 3 that are working ingame listed there : Conquest of Const. music, Horsmened of the Crescent Unit pack and Star and Crescent DLC.

I have the same problem.

I also didn't get free copy of CK2 and conventer...

Well, they show on my steam properties and on the launcher as Kristupas, exceptionally got the CK2 copy and the converter is there as DLC, does it mean I can't use it for my "real" CK2 bought at GG with the expansions?

I preordered (on steam) as well, and got my copy of CKII, but no copy of the converter DLC.

The CK2 Savegame Converter works like all other Gamersgate dlc's, sadly it means you cannot put the steam dlc into the gamersgate game.

What you could try, however I am not certain how well this works, is to use the Steam CK2 game to convert your savegames as both the Steam and Gamersgate CK2 game make use of the same folder under My Documents\Paradox Interactive.

ntswm2, the converter should automatically be added to the dlc of Crusader Kings II on Steam, there is no need to activate anything.

Thanks IcratoX, I will try when I have a chance but if it doesn't work I hope Paradox can fix this oversight, it's already a pity (at least for me) EU4 is "steam-only" but CK2 wasn't.

From what retailer did you buy it from? If it's Steam it's best to get in contact with Steam support so they can check what went wrong, same goes for any other retailer. If none of that worked, please contact our zendesk.

I bought it from paradox web shop, can you give me e-mail or some other way of contacting someone who is in charge of that ?
