Hey Guys

Does the "kIngs Peace" (i suppose this is waht its called in the English version) wich you can enforce with a Happy Counsil stop all ongoing wars between Vassals?

Or how do you keep vassals from getting to strong with conclave? I like the new mid and endgame Challanege. But i have not figured out a godd way to prevent Vassals from getting to strong. My Kingdom of Kent has has around 8 or 9 Duchies. all used to be owned by different Dukes. But during the last then Years, they were taken by 2 Duke, wich one most of these Duchies now. Basicly the Kingdom is split between my lands, those Dukes and some Minors. the Realm is more or less stable, but the next succesion is gonna be a bitch... my female heir is mentally retarded (got this 1+1=?) trait. Yes i know, i aleady killed my 50 Year old wife and married a nasty 16 Year old in order to get a new male heir.

So how do you handle your Big Vassals without the Crownauthority to prevent them from any Wars? (Wich was OP anyway)

Cheers my fellow Kings

Using NAP to prevent faction forming is one way. As long as you can produce enough children to sign NAP with influencial dukes, having few strong dukes csn be beneficial actually. I usually let some dukes to have 3 to 4 duchies depends on my realm size and try to maintain good relation with them. When they expand more than I like, I use plot or claim to revoke and imprison them.
