• Crusader Kings III Available Now!

The realm rejoices as Paradox Interactive announces the launch of Crusader Kings III, the latest entry in the publisher’s grand strategy role-playing game franchise. Advisors may now jockey for positions of influence and adversaries should save their schemes for another day, because on this day Crusader Kings III can be purchased on Steam, the Paradox Store, and other major online retailers.

Hello everyone,

First of all a huge thank you to the mod team for all the hard work they have poured into this and the amazing experience it provides, for me HIP has become the only way I can play CK2 anymore, the map, the mechanics, just cant go back anymore.

Which is why with the release of CK3 I am a bit worried if this mod will be 'finished' and all development transferred over to CK3, I personally hope not, but on the off chance could we get a 'road map' or anything from the mod team regarding further development or any plans regarding this?

Or if there has been any statement regarding this already please direct me to it!

Thank you and have a great day!

you'd have to ask each module dev separately. I know SWMH author said his work here is complete and he's moved to CK3. other modules like LTM haven't been updated in a long time already; CPRPlus authors have also quit modding. there's also VIET that just recently came back and probably will receive updates (it's not included in HIP anymore, so you'd have to download it separately). that leaves you with EMF and ARKO.
