In previous Dev Diarys (quite some time ago) there were 2 things mentioned which I am not sure are still true. Do we know if:
A) Forts provide supply
B) You can swap from part way through 1 doctrine tree to partway through another where they share the same tech

I think answers to both of those is "no"...

A) Victory points provide supply afaik
B) You can resign from certain tree and switch to other one, but you will lose all you accomplished in the old one...

yeah as NurAbSal says, you're giving up all your old doctrines to start the second tree completely new. so once your country has become the masters of the modern blitzkrieg, you can throw it away to start the mass assault tree for some zerging
