I received a notification that I can press a weak claim for a character.
Problem is, I dont understand WHY I can press this claim. The character is not in my court, nor a member of my dynasty, nor a
member of my family in any way. The only correlation I can see is that he is in the court of one of my
direct vassals. Is this why I can press his claim or might there be another reason?
Thanks

Essentially yes. You can press anyone's claim in your realm, and the Weak Claim notification tells you that it's pressable in the other realm due to regency or female rulership.
