There are a few events that are triggered directly by other events but have a trigger = { ... } statement. I think a few events in the France.txt file were like that, but I could be wrong, since I don't have Vic at my current PC to check. My question is: How does this work?? Does the event need to be triggered "actively" (by the other event) AND the conditions need to be fulfilled? Or does the game just ignore the trigger statement in the other event, and fire it regardless of whether they're fulfilled or not?
