On the mission for Ageis of Africa. One of the missions requires you to own a piece of territory owned currently by tributes Massylia. Is there a way to gain what you need to complete the mission without declaring war? Because the only thing I can think of is to cancel their tribute status and just conquer them.

They canceled their tribute with me but it works cuz I already integrated their culture. Plan to get alot more levies when I take em out!
Id say conquer em!
