Question on buying Vicky: Revolutions

I just bought Victoria yesterday, I have so far spent about 4-5 hours playing it. Im really enjoying the game, so I think I will buy Revolutions. Except one problem: Im in a "unique" situation where the computer that I play games on is not connected to the internet, and there is no possible way to get internet access for that computer (Im right now on a school computer).
Is there a way I can get V:R without being connected to the internet?

Couldn't you get a USB stick, download it at school after buying it, and then take the game files home? Other than that, your best bet might be ebay - Rev got a CD release, or so it says on the forum, but you can't buy it from the Paradox online store.

You can just download Revoultions from Gamergate at school and save it to a USB drive. You no longer need the internet after that.

Back when I bought Revolutions, I was having a problems with my home internet connection. I was able to download the files on a work computer, burn them to a CD, and then install them on my PC that didn't have the Internet just fine.
