[QUESTION] How do i change the duchy limits for creating kingdoms?

The 3 duchy rule for ck2+ kingships is annoying me. How do i lower that? I'm filling in history and culture for the Kingdom of Cornwall and it annoys me that i won't be able to recreate Myghternedh Kernow in it's original form, with the royal descendant Earl Cadoc. After lowering this 3 duchy rule, it's only a matter of creating some 45 or 55 historical characters (+ Cadoc's daughter) for my glorious Myghternedh Kernow royal family =).
If anyone wants I can make an alternate history and upload it as a ck2plus minimod with the Kingdom of Kernow still in full swing.

Ditto Kingdom of Wales actually, de jure only has two duchies. Is there a way to make duchy prerequisite exceptions?

=) It would be more helpful if you posted how to change the duchy number, personally i don't need an exceptional setting for a title, although it would be quite useful.

It is in common\defines.lua as REQ_DUCHIES_FOR_KINGDOM_CREATION. In CK2+, there is actually a titular duchy which can be created (Principality of Wales) to allow Wales to be formed. Another alternative is to make the Kingdom of Cornwall created via a decision available iff you meet prerequisites (e.g. Cornish, hold Duchy of Cornwall)
