Question: How can I find a list of independent counts?

I like to play independent counts most, like Nantes or the Irish counts. I've been starting w/ Old Gods recently, but I can't find a list of independent counts. Is there any way to sort by this, or is there a wiki link I could find?

Or, if not, anyone have any suggestions for counts in good locations? Only two of the ones on the "interesting characters" list are independent counts. And I've played both~

There's a list of independent realms in the ledger. Load up a new save, go to the ledger, and search for "Count" "Chief" "Earl" etc
