Dear modding community,

I digged deep into the realms of stellaris and it's the first time I could not find what I looked for. I will very appreciate any suggestions, work arounds etc so here is my question:

Is there any condition (maybe since 1.5.x) to check a ship having a particular component equipped in a fleet or ship event?

I'm working on a new mod where I want to trigger an event by orbiting a particular ship with a specific component to a colonizable planet. I already found one (very silly) work around: I cloned sciene ship size and section and checked the "new" ship class in my triggers. But this is a bad work around as it seems I need to clone much more than section and size for a complete new ship. The component check would be much easier because I can add the component template for vanilla ship.

EDIT: This seems to be the only solution as we can only check ship_class and ship_size.

I think this thread can be closed as i answered myself.
