Question: Does Paradox intend to update the game to support higher resolutions?

Reason I ask is because I bought one of those QHD 3200x1800 screen laptops. The game looks gorgeous if I manually edit the text file to run at 2048x1152, but everything is far too small in scale at 32x18. It would be nice for the game to be playable at native resolution.

Is this very troublesome for the devs to do, and are there any plans to allow higher resolutions in the future?
