At 5 years old the game asks to set a focus to the child but not allows to set warden to the child until 6.
If I won't do it some person still would be considered as educator but only when I manually set one on the portrait of child will be seen icon of open book.
So the question - if educator is needed at all in new education system?
or it is just small interface glitch?
PS Also I'm not a fan of new system. Especially part what I cannot change once set focus.
Annoying example is here - I raised the good heir as I want with good stats of diplomacy. On his sixteen I give him own land as suggested on primogeniture rules. Seven years later my character died. Now my new character can't change focus on his own children because stupid AI set it to "heritage" even we all one culture and faith. Not only on 5 years old but even on toddlers. Makes me sad.
