Sorry my english.

I am France. I have war against Genoa. Genoa have 2 province: Liguria and Kerch. Liguria is capital.

I am just in siege in Liguria. I am going to win it. What kind of peace can i have then?

Is it possible that they give me Liguria (that is capital) and move capital to Kerch?

Is it possible that they give me Kerch? I am not there and i am not going to go there... I mean i dont control Kerch. Do i have to control Kerch to get Liguria?

Is it possible to get capital in peace deal if they have more than 1 province?

You can't get a province you don't control. It's impossible to get the capital if they have more than one province.

The only way you will end up with Liguria, is by turbo-annexation. That happens when there are more rebel-controlled provinces than 'loyalist' ones. In your case, if rebels have Kerch, and you Liguria, you will get Liguria.

No, It is not possible

There won´t be an option to take Kerch unless:
. You control it
or
. You have a core on kerch

No, it is not possible.

If you want to get Liguria you have 2 options:

1) Force Vassal Genoa and diplo-annex them in 10 years.
2) Take all of her provinces in this war, Dow again and force annex them.

Stab hit them to death, eventually you'll get rebellions in Kerch. To do this, keep making peace offers that are 11% (or lower) below the warscore.

Only money and/or military access by the looks of it .

Nope. Capitals can only be force-annexed if they're the last prov. Capital movement is only done by event (legally of course ).

Yeap. Most of the time, you can only get what you control. However if you have huge warscore, a nation may offer you provs that you don't control.

Nope, only when it's their last prov. My suggestion, if possible, is to try and conquer Kerch and than force-vassalize them. When you diplo annex them it saves on the Badboy. Just mint for some galleys, get military access on the route to Kerch and conquer that prov. No need to take it in the peace, since it's the wrong religion (IIRC ) and poor as a sod. If this isn't possible, try to loot Genoa as much as possible (and maybe other nations since your war exhaustion is on the rise anyhow) and then go for peace in exchange for money.

It is posible to move capital without event (at least in AGCEEP). In my game as Granada, the Spain has capital in Messina, Sicily.

I destroyed Castile, Aragon turned Spain with capital in Catalonia. New Spain lost all Iberian possesions, except capital and islands. Capital and neighbouring province were occupied by rebells. The neighbouring province proclaimed independence as Catalonia, taking the spanish capital with it. The spanish capital moved to Messina. Never seen it before.

If a nation somehow becomes independant, government collapse, rebels, releasing a vassal, and whatnot, within the capital, the capital will move.
